Below are our hourly rates for small projects. Estimates will be provided for larger projects.

Electrician $180.00 for the first hour $90.00 per hour after.

Electrician Helper $60 per hour.

Flooring $180.00 for the first hour $90.00 per hour after.

Flooring  Helper  $60.00 per hour.

HVAC $180 for the first hour $90 per hour after

HVAC Helper $60.00 per hour.

Plumber $180 for the first hour $90 per hour after.

Plumber Helper $60.00 per hour.

Infrared Camera Inspections $ 450.00 minimum.

Marble and Tile Cleaning $180.00 for the first hour $90.00 per hour after.

Handyman $120.00 for the first hour $65.00 per hour after.

Painting $140.00 for the first hour $70.00 per hour after.

Window Cleaning $80 for the first hour $40 per hour after.

Roofing and Siding $180 for the first hour $90.00 per hour after.
